Gault&Millau was created almost 50 years ago. The yellow guide Gault&Millau is a culinary map of our country with places for gourmets marked. The guide publishes the guest’s experience from a given restaurant. Over 100 factors are assessed.

Young talent - Paweł Kras

Gault & Millau

The aim of this award is to show the best chefs in Poland. The Gault&Millau Tour Gala was attended by 600 guests, accompanied by several dozen of tastings. The awarded chefs are undisputed culinary talents.
